What is AtoB's cancellation policy?

AtoB Transfer has a flexible cancellation policy, meaning we offer a variety of options to cancel your upcoming reservation.

If you have to cancel your upcoming trip less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time you should contact the AtoB support team.

If you would like to cancel your booking, there are two options which are valid only for cancellations at least 24 hours in advance

Option 1:

Get a reimbursement voucher which is issued for the full amount of your booking.

The credit voucher is valid for 1 year from your cancellation date. This reimbursement voucher can be used to purchase a transfer in any destination available on the AtoB website.

Option 2:

Get a refund of 80% of the paid amount of your booking.

Our team will proceed with your request for a refund within 2 working days. When a refund is sent to your bank account you will receive a refund confirmation letter from Stripe containing all the details. It usually takes from 5 to 10 working days for the amount to be accessible in your bank account.

Important note: In the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, these will be non-refundable.
