You are also able to rebook your trip by cancelling it in your personal AtoB profile (at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip) and selecting the voucher option, which can then be used to create a new booking. It is important to note that in case your changes make the booking more expensive than the original one, you will have to pay the difference after the voucher is applied. In case that the amount will be less than the voucher, the remaining credit is non-refundable.
