How do I cancel my ride?

In order to proceed with the cancellation of your Booking, please log in to your personal AtoB Account:

Click on "Upcoming" and press the red button “Cancel Trip”

This option is only available for trips which are 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup time. This means that for last minute cancellations this option won't be available. In this case you should contact our customer support.

Choose the Voucher or Refund Option

Click "Cancel"
