After booking your transfer, you will be able to contact your assigned driver directly via the live chat feature in the AtoB system, to find out where they will be meeting you.

In case the driver does not respond in the chat, you can also contact them using the provided phone number and WhatsApp, in order to agree on a specific meeting location. Click here to see how to find your drivers contact details. 

Please note that is some cases, and for specific destinations, you can also find the meeting location details through your personal AtoB account. Please follow the steps below. 

Step 1 - Login to your account using your login credentials

Step 2 - Navigate the page to go to your trips.

Step 3 - Select the "view meeting point" option 

After step 3, you will be redirected to our homepage, where a meeting point for your specific location will be described in further detail.

However, please keep in mind that not every single destination has the option of viewing the preassigned meeting point.
