In order to avoid any miscalculations between your arrival time and the 1-hour complimentary waiting time we provide, it is suggested to add an extra 20 minutes on top of your flight arrival for airport meet & greet service.

If you have to go through passport control and collect any checked-in luggage, we advise counting 30 minutes more on your flight arrival time.
