The driver’s name and phone number will be sent to you by email, 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

To maintain the privacy (of both yourself and the driver) this information cannot be shared sooner.  

Moreover, the client can further check their driver's details by logging in to their personal AtoB account: https://book.atobtransfer.com/login after receiving the email. From here they will be able to contact their assigned driver by phone, or through live chat.
